Shipping Options

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

Shipping Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from the date of purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel in real time.

Shipping Zones

Aroma Archive currently delivers within Lebanon only.
Please note: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Return Eligibility

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product was received damaged upon delivery

  • The item is defective

  • The item received was not what you ordered

To request a return under these conditions, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

All return requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we will provide return instructions and cover the cost of return shipping.

 

How Returns Are Handled

If your return request is approved (in the case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the product.

  • You will be asked to securely repackage the item, ideally in its original box, along with any materials it came with (e.g., dust bag, card, invoice).

  • Once received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the return status.

If the return is approved:

  • You will receive a replacement item (if available), or

  • A refund to your original payment method, processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items purchased during special promotions or final sale

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
